What GraySuit is

GraySuit, LLC is a paid attorney directory. Attorneys pay a flat subscription fee to list. GraySuit is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, does not recommend or endorse any attorney, and is not endorsed by or affiliated with the State Bar of Georgia, The Florida Bar, or the Colorado Supreme Court Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel. Using this site does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Georgia

  • Attorneys pay a fixed advertising fee only. GraySuit does not charge for, or take a share of, any legal fee — there is no fee splitting with a non-lawyer (GA Rule 5.4).
  • GraySuit does not recommend or steer clients to any particular attorney. Listings are browsed and filtered by the user; GraySuit pays no one to recommend it and is paid by no one to recommend them (GA Rules 7.1 and 7.3(c)).
  • Each attorney is an independent practitioner responsible for their own advertising content.

Florida

  • In Florida, GraySuit operates as a qualifying provider under Rule 4-7.22 of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.
  • GraySuit receives no portion of any legal fee charged to a client (Rule 4-5.4).
  • GraySuit files the required annual report of participating lawyers with The Florida Bar.
  • Participating Florida attorneys must report their participation with GraySuit to The Florida Bar within 15 days of joining (and within 15 days of ceasing) under Rule 4-7.22(e)(1). GraySuit provides compliance documentation for an attorney's due-diligence file on request.

Colorado

GraySuit operates in Colorado as a paid attorney directory and advertising platform under Colo. RPC 7.2(b)(1) and Comment [5]. Attorneys pay a flat subscription fee that is not contingent on any inquiry resulting in an engagement, and GraySuit never receives any portion of legal fees (Colo. RPC 5.4). GraySuit does not recommend, endorse, vouch for, or analyze your legal matter to select any attorney; listings are organized solely by objective criteria (practice area, location, fee type) that you choose. GraySuit is not a lawyer referral service. Colorado attorneys are licensed and regulated by the Colorado Supreme Court through the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel; GraySuit independently verifies each Colorado listing against the Court's public attorney registration records. GraySuit is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Colorado Supreme Court, OARC, or the Colorado Bar Association.

The same structure in every state

Wherever GraySuit operates, the same structure applies: attorneys pay a flat advertising/listing fee that is never contingent on obtaining clients; GraySuit receives no portion of any legal fee; and GraySuit does not recommend, endorse, or select attorneys — listings are organized solely by objective criteria (practice area, location, fee type) that you choose. Each listing is tied to a bar number and state, checkable against that state's official attorney-licensing records.

GraySuit opens listings in a state only after reviewing that state's rules on attorney advertising and for-profit directories, and makes no compliance representations for states where it has not launched.
